I’ve come to consider spelling and grammar to be two of the great devices in the war between the far, far right and the moderate-to-far left (aka: me). Or, put differently, it’s pretty amazing how many conservative Republicans, those folks who buy the Trump con and never question his integrity, can’t spell/properly punctuate. They mangle words, use “to” instead of “too” and “butt” instead of “but” and “your” instead of “you’re.” It’s pretty outstanding, because what’s better reply to “Your an idiot” or “Your a libtard” than “It’s ‘You’re,’ Einstein.”
Just actually had this happen yesterday …
The point is: You’ll never win telling someone Trump sucks, or universal health care is amazing, or Obama didn’t actually send elves to spy on Christians.
But spelling is eternal.
