So a few days ago Scott Choy, a friend who also survived the rough, gang-infested streets of Mahopac, N.Y., told me his sister, Jess Gitner (who was a tyke when we were in high school), is working as an intern at NPR and is looking for blog contributors.
I poked around, curious about the sibling of a longtime pal. I found her blog, which is fine and cool and dandy. But then I uncovered this song, which I absolutely positively love. Seriously, give it a listen. Made me laugh, and I’m not in a laughing mood.
