As I’ve always said, I can understand why people vote Republican. I hate Mitt Romney, but he’s not mentally impaired. Same goes for Meg Whitman, John McCain, Rick Perry (nah—scratch Rick Perry), Bob Dole, Jeb Bush, etc. I might think they’re evil and wrongheaded, but dumb? No.
