What could Batman really be saying to Superman? I mean, what is there to talk about? “If I were immortal, and had superhuman strength, I’d be just like you.”
“Uh, but you’re not. You’re just some guy in a bat suit.”
“But if I were …”
“No, really. You’re not. You’re 43-years old. That means your prime years are gone. You can’t jump very far, you’re not very strong. You’re just a guy who’ll eventually be dead.”
“But …”
“Seriously, you’ve gone nothing but the suit.”
