I hear an increasing number of conservatives blaming Barack Obama for the arrival of Ebola in the United States.
Which, I suppose, is fine and dandy and OK. But where was that blame when terrorists struck the World Trade Center? I really mean that. I don’t mind blame, I don’t mind criticism. Obama has had a predictably brutal second term. No doubt.
But when one side only slams the other side, they lose their vocal worthiness. If Obama is the devil, why does your opinion matter? Same goes for those who considered Bush Satan. If you only hate-hate-hate, and root for someone’s failures, your qualifications as a critic die.
Do I blame George W. Bush for 9.11? I don’t.
Do I blame Obama for Ebola? No.
