Coming October 2022: "The Last Folk Hero: The Life and Myth of Bo Jackson"

I love this

Tonight, the wife and I were briefly discussing Martin Luther King, and how the idea of a group of people not being granted equal rights in this country is so, for lack of a better word, confounding. I wonder, how could people in the pre-1960s look at blacks and say, “They’re lower than us” or “They’re not worthy”? It’s such a foreign idea that, even with all the news footage of police dogs and fire hoses, I still struggle with the past reality.

Anyhow, sorry to babble. My good friend Frank Zaccheo sent me this tonight. Loved it …
