If you’re in the market for a good person to root for, I’ve found one.
Amra-Faye Wright is the star of Chicago, the musical now playing on Broadway. About a week ago I had a woman named Lucy Shulman write a blog post about her issues with anxiety. The example she used was going with her grandma to a showing of Chicago, then freezing when she went to ask Wright for an autograph.
I forwarded the blog post to Wright’s website, and she told me: A. She cried reading Lucy’s words. B. She would send her a signed photo ASAP.
Which she did.
Good peeps.
