Soooo … I have a podcast. It’s called Two Writers Slinging Yang, and it’s available (for free, of course) via Bumpers and iTunes.
Anyhow, this week brings forth Howard Beck, the great NBA writer for Bleacher Report and a man who smells like peaches and vanilla.
Wait. I digress. Though we had dinner a few months ago, I’m not sure what Howard smells like. But he’s a ridiculously talented writer/reporter, and Bleacher Report’s run toward mainstream respectability really began with his hiring from the New York Times four years ago.
In this week’s episode, Howard talks Kobe-Shaq, James Dolan-Donald Trump, covering Kevin Garnett and dealing with the Phil Jackson story.
With every episode, my goal is to enlighten, engage, talk writing for writers.
I hope you dig it.
